Every item on my shop is hand made or hand selected from artists and business that have similar values as me. I choose from independent artists and businesses, local shops, people that give back, eco-friendly, fair trade, minority owners... not everyone I purchase from hold every one of these qualities at the same time but collectively we are taking care of each other as well as Mother Earth. SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
We provide shipping via UPS and also USPS UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so you will receive your order to your P.O. via USPS.
I try my absolute best to get orders shipped with in 5 business days of the day you place your order. I am a very small business and run it entirely myself which means delays can happen, but you should have your shipping tracking number within the week that you order, if not you should have an email letting you know why there is a delay. The only thinks that I mail with out tracking are stickers or small envelope items.
Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the original order date if an order arrives damaged or includes the wrong product(s). We will credit your account with a refund after our warehouse receives your items back. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the product, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.
I do not accept returns for exchanges, however, if an error was made, you are not happy with the box/products, or you received a damaged product, please contact us so we can make it right. I truly do care about you.
If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the product has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your product has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the products, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.
